pickin’ plums is a longtime dreamy idea made real mid-pandemic. pickin’ plums was vintage home goods shop that existed mostly online, and also in an eclectic brick and mortar collective shop in Grand Rapids, MI! As shop owner, my favorite part of running a vintage shop was sourcing the items and curating the posts; each post included artful photos and a quirky description. I loved spending time with each piece, preparing it for photos, taking the photos, and writing a bit about each item. The other cool part is connecting with people over the items — I’ve sold groovy pieces to people all around the United States.
